Full refund

If we cannot deliver a report you paid for — for example because no records exist for that VIN or the data provider fails — you get a full refund.

After delivery

Reports are digital and are delivered immediately, so they cannot be returned. We do refund if the delivered report is for a different VIN than you ordered or is empty or broken.

How

Write to info@getvincode.com with your order number. Crypto payments are refunded to a wallet address you give us, in the same coin or USDT, minus the network fee. Refunds are sent within 3 working days.
